Finalists in the 2012 Tsingtao Legacy of Taste competition!

It’s common knowledge that the Chung Ying and Chung Ying Garden restaurants in Birmingham are dubbed the best Chinese restaurants in Birmingham; and to back up that theory, Chung Ying was entered in to the prestigious Tsingtao Legacy of Taste competition. More specifically, the Best Chinese Cuisine in Britain award.

To be nominated alone was a great success and a sign that our food is among the best in the UK.

Well, unfortunately we didn’t win the highly sought after prize, however Chung Ying managed to soar all the way through to the finals, a massive triumph in itself.

Best Chinese restaurant in the Midlands!

Not only that, but we won the Best restaurant in the Midlands (West and East) award! So there’s the proof. Not only is Chung Ying the best Chinese restaurant in Birmingham, Chung Ying is voted the best Chinese restaurant in the Midlands. A huge success and it’s brilliant news too.
